Our Team

Erin Newton, LCPC, PMH-C
Erin Newton has been a therapist for over a decade. In that time she has worked with 100’s of individuals, couples, and families in both clinic and group private practice settings. She specializes in birth trauma, maternal and perinatal mental health, work with first responders, and clients with OCD and other anxiety related issues. She has been working with couples for seven years now and fully enjoys the energy that they bring to a space. She loves helping couples see and understand each other more fully and loves being a safe space for anyone to work towards learning and healing.
She is a quilter, an ex-long-distance runner (bad knees), wife of 20 years to her best friend, and mother of three babies who actually grew up when she wasn’t looking. Her mission as a therapist is to provide validation, support, safety, and empathy for all of her clients.

Ana Rogers, LCPC, NCC
Hi! I’m Ana, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I work with couples, families, and individuals (ages 10+). At the heart of my work is a deep belief in the transformative power of connection. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where you feel heard, seen, and genuinely valued – a space where vulnerability feels safe and growth feels possible.
Couples and families often come to me wanting to feel more connected and understood. Together, we focus on strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and cultivating emotional closeness that feels steady and sustainable.
Individuals seek support when they’re navigating life transitions, feeling overwhelmed by heavy emotions, or wanting to understand themselves more deeply. Our work together becomes an opportunity to slow down, untangle what’s happening internally, and feel more equipped to handle life’s challenges.
I also have a particular passion for supporting teens and young adults, especially those who identify as neurodivergent (including ADHD, Autism, and OCD). Adolescence and early adulthood can feel intense – and when neurodivergence is part of the picture, it can bring added layers of overwhelm and self-doubt. Together, we explore how your brain processes life and the world around you, build tools that genuinely fit you, and strengthen confidence and self-compassion along the way.
Intentional change and growth can feel scary. But you don’t have to navigate it alone. You deserve support as you move toward a more grounded, connected version of yourself and your relationships.
If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d love to connect.
